• Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Website.
• Services refer to the support and skills, experienced by you, offered for sale on the Website.
• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods and/or Services from Us.
• Website refers to Mommy ‘n’ Me Wellness, accessible from http://mommynmewellness.com
• You means the individual accessing or using the Website, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Website, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order and withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods or the request for cancellation (whichever date is later). We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

If You requested to begin the performance of Services during the withdrawal period, You shall pay Us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until You have communicated to Us Your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Please note that there are some legal exceptions to the right to withdraw, and some items can therefore not be returned or exchanged.  

EXCEPTIONS:

The following items cannot be refunded:

• Wellness Foundations: Due to the digital nature of this product, there are NO REFUNDS.
• FamCal: Due to the digital nature of this product, there are NO REFUNDS.
• FamCal Supplemental Information: Due to the digital nature of this product, there are NO REFUNDS.
• FamCal VIP session: Due to the digital nature of this product, there are NO REFUNDS.
